How to upload your video
Follow our simple steps and watch our clinician's tutorial to upload your video.
Before you start make sure you have:
A steady internet connection via 4G, 5G or WiFi
Bathroom scales
Mirror
A valid ID - Driving licence, passport or national identity card. Your ID name should match the name on your Patient Record
Click on the 'Record live video' button below and select 'Next'. Please give permission for our app to access your camera for the recording.
You won't be able to use pre-recorded videos.
When the front camera starts (selfie mode), you're required to show your face while holding your ID next to it. Make sure your ID is clearly visible. You'll have 25 seconds to record this first part.
Then switch your phone to the back camera. You can do it manually or it'll automatically switch after several seconds. You'll now have another 25 seconds to record the second part.
Point your camera to your ID kept on a surface and focus for 3 seconds. Hold it close enough that all the details are clearly visible.
Continue to record yourself, ideally standing in front of a full-length mirror. Make sure to show your full front profile and your side profile. If you don't have access to a full-length mirror, you can ask someone to use the back camera to record a video of you stepping onto the scales.
Point the camera down and show that your scales are on 0. Then step on the scales and make sure your weight is clearly visible.
We can only prescribe your treatment once we have verified a valid ID and BMI.
